SUBSTANCE: impact with pulse laser is performed before stimulating BFB therapy. Laser is placed above symphysis pubica. Laser impact is realised with frequency 5 Hz, 50 Hz and variable frequency 0-250 Hz with radiation power 5 mW and frequency 1000 Hz at laser radiation power 5 mW. Impact is performed on reference points at the level of sacral holes of sacral vertebrae, on exterior-lateral surface of foot, on surface above upper edge of ankle, in depression between tibia and metaepiphyseal part of fibula at the level of the upper point of tibial tuberosity, at the level of sphincter ani externum, on the lower point of ear antohelix, in point of joining of frontal, temporal and parietal bones and on the area of external urethra opening. Impact on reference points is realised with pulse laser with frequency of pulse repetition 1 kHz with the average power of light flow 2-5 mW.

EFFECT: increase of treatment efficiency due to application of laser radiation before BFB therapy, which ensures elimination of spasm, improvement of regional blood flow and makes it possible to realise effects of BFB therapy, aimed at activation of pelvic reflexes, in particular pelvic switching reflex.
