SUBSTANCE: detrusor chemodenervation is carried out with botulinum toxin of type A 100–200 IU at 20–30 points. Rheopelviography is carried out 3 months before detrusor chemodenervation. Then, the patient is exposed to low-intensity laser radiation (LILI) by successively exposing the pubic fusion to laser training frequencies equal to 5 Hz at a radiation power of 5 mW, 50 Hz at a radiation power of 5 mW, and at a frequency of 1,000 Hz at a radiation power of 5 mW. The duration of each exposure is 5 seconds, the course is 10 daily sessions. Then biofeedback therapy is carried out in the Stim Bio mode, consisting of alternating phases of relaxation for 8 seconds and stimulation phases for 12 seconds with a current of 5 mA and a frequency of 75 Hz, with a stimulus throughput of up to 500 ms, 10 sessions of 28 minutes each, after 3 months after chemodenervation, the patient is injected with picamilon, L-carnitine, omega-3-PUFAs and undergoes hardware biofeedback therapy in pediatric mode without stimulation in sessions of 15 minutes, a course of 10 procedures.

EFFECT: method provides effective treatment of this category of children by carrying out a selected complex effect in a certain sequence with certain periods of exposure before and after chemodenervation, due to the results of rheopelviography, which makes it possible to prevent an unexpected lack of effectiveness of the standard therapy adopted in these cases, and therefore significantly reduce the time treatment.
