FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to a method for preparation of nanocapsules with aminoglycoside antibiotic selected from kanamycin, amikacin or gentamicin sulphate. The said method is characterized by application of gellan gum as a shell for the nanocapsules, wherein the aminoglycoside antibiotic is added by portions to a E472s containing gellan gum suspension in butanol at a aminoglycoside antibiotic:gellan gum weight ratio of 1:1 or 1:3, the mixture is stirred, methylene chloride is added and the resulting nanocapsule suspension is filtered, washed with methylene chloride and dried, the process takes 15 minutes.
EFFECT: invention provides simplification and acceleration of the production process of the aminoglycoside antibiotic nanocapsules, as well as increase of their yield by weight.
