SUBSTANCE: individual surgical template for the formation of a canal in the vertebral body for the introduction of a transpedicular screw with a one-sided approach in patients with deformation of the spine and chest has a monolithic rigid frame made of biocompatible plastic, created on the basis of spinal computed tomography data using additive technologies, printed on 3D printer, is equipped with two support sites, the first of which follows the contour of the half of the vertebral arch, and the second follows the contour of the adjacent rib, with the guide tube located coaxially to the planned trajectory of formation in the vertebral body of the canal for the introduction of the transpedicular screw.
EFFECT: invention provides higher reliability of fixation of the guide template, exclusion of the possibility of its displacement, preservation of the planned trajectory of the transpedicular screw implantation into the vertebra, reduced risk of transpedicular screw malposition and damage to surrounding anatomical structures, reduced traumatism and reduced time of surgical intervention.
