FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to fan blade production method and device for its implementation. Performing sheet blank heating with subsequent pressing to fan blade mold. Sheet blank comprises main fibres, arranged parallel to each other, auxiliary fibers arranged parallel to each other so, that they intersect with main fibres, and resin which bonds fibres. Fan blade mold (6b) has such configuration, that its length in longitudinal direction along its central part (64) surface in direction of width is smaller than its length in longitudinal direction along its end parts (64y) surface in width direction. At sheet billet (7) pressing to fan blade mold (6b) of sheet billet (7) central part (7x) in direction of its width in end part (7a) in longitudinal direction is taken with high force than sheet billet (7) end parts (7y) in direction of its width in end part (7a) in fan blade mold longitudinal direction.
EFFECT: enabling prevention of shrinkage occurence.
