SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to turbomachine building and can be used in aircraft turbofan or turbojet engines production. Performing retention of heated sheet blank (7) by means of appliance, having shape, similar to frame. Sheet blank comprises main fibres (71), arranged parallel to each other, and auxiliary fibres (72), arranged parallel to each other, and fibres binding resin. Main (71) and auxiliary (72) fibres intersect with each other. Blank is pressed to fan blade mold (6b) with main fibres (71) direction, aligned relative to fan blade mold (6b) longitudinal direction (Y). Invention also relates to blades fabrication device, containing blank retention appliance and pressing device.
EFFECT: enabling prevention of shrinkage occurence.
