FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to control valves servicing, namely, to control valve shaft and stem fatigue detection system. Control valve control system includes piezoelectric wave active sensor or piezo-ceramic (PZT) sensor, connected to valve shaft for detecting change in mechanical integrity of this valve shaft. Said sensor has complex impedance. Control valve control system also comprises device for obtaining data on changes in said valve shaft mechanical integrity. At that, said sensor complex impedance is compared with valve shaft complex impedance in order to detect change in said valve shaft mechanical integrity. Invention also describes methods of detecting change in control valve shaft with rotary shaft mechanical integrity.

EFFECT: group of inventions is aimed at increasing service efficiency and control valve longer service life.
