FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: described is calcium-phosphate cement (CPC) for bone tissue regeneration, which represents water-based paste, obtained as a result of mixing cement powder, containing β-tricalciumphosphate (β-TCP) and monohydrate monocalciumphosphate (MMCP), with hardening liquid, which contains water solution of magnesium sulphate and sodium phosphate, composition of non-collagenous bone tissue proteins and G1-glycoprotein, with specified component ratio (wt %). Also described is calcium-phosphate cement, which represents water-based paste, obtained as a result of mixing cement powder, containing β-TCP, MMCP and calcium sulphate hemihydrate, with hardening liquid, containing water solution of sodium phosphate, composition of non-collagenous bone tissue proteins and G1-glycoprotein, with specified ratio of components (wt %).
EFFECT: increase of terms of cement paste setting, size of cement stone pores and pH values of cement paste at initial stages of its hardening.
