FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to dentistry, and deals with obtaining brushite-type cement for replacement of bone defects. Method includes dosed, in equal volume ratios, mixing of two water-based pastes. Composition of first paste includes as mineral filling agent nano-size hydroxyapatite with size of crystals 30-40×100-200 nm in form of 10-20% water suspension; composition of second paste includes sulfate of monovalent metal, namely sodium sulfate or mixture of sodium sulfate and potassium sulfate with ratio 20:1. Composition of first paste, wt %: β-tricalcium phosphate 50-70%, nano-size hydroxyapatite with size of crystals 30-40×100-200 nm - 2-10%, distilled water - to 100. Composition of second paste, wt %: monocalcium phosphate monohydrate - 47-65%, sulphate of monovalent metal - 5-22%, distilled water - 30-48%. Composition of pastes ensures their sedimentation stability, which makes it possible to sterilise material directly in any dosing device and dose pastes for cement obtaining correctly. Time of complete cement solidification constitutes 4-5 minutes, pH stabilisation takes place within 2 hours.
EFFECT: obtained by claimed method brushite-type cement possesses mechanical strength not lower than 15-20 MPa.
