FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: as calcium phosphates, a curable reaction mixture contains tricalcium phosphate (TCP) and monocalcium phosphate monohydrate (MCPM), and polyethylene glycol (PEG) as an organic polymer. The curable reaction mixture additionally contains 30% colloidal suspension of silicone dioxide in water in the following proportions, wt: tricalcium phosphate TCP 21.35-36.66; monocalcium phosphate monohydrate MCPM 13.71-19.86; 30% colloidal suspension of silicone dioxide in water 39.13-54.0; polyethylene glycol PEG 1.0-10.0. The curable reaction mixture additionally contains strontium phosphate - tristrontiumphosphate (TSP) or monostrontium phosphate monohydrate (MSPM) in an amount of 1-10 wt % over 100%.

EFFECT: improved osteointegration of calcium phosphate cement.
