FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions (versions) relates to medical equipment, namely to heaters and defreezers for medicinal preparations, including preparations of donor blood. Heater-defreezer (versions) for vessels with blood preparations or medicinal agents comprises power supply unit, control unit, microwave generator, at least one temperature sensor, connected to control unit, heating chamber with drum inside it for placement of at least one vessel with preparations of blood and other drugs. Drum is equipped with motor and its rotational axis is located horizontally or at an angle to horizontal. According to first version, drum is made to be filled with liquid before placement of said vessel, and heating chamber is additionally equipped with at least one through hole in side surface. According to second version, heating chamber and drum are additionally equipped with through holes, at least one to each, made so that during rotation of drum hole can periodically be combined with through hole in heating chamber wall. Sensor of infrared radiation is used as temperature sensor, located opposite to said chamber hole at its outer side so, that during drum rotation during heating infrared radiation as per first version from drum, and as per second version from vessel, can periodically get onto sensitive area of sensor.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides higher heating rate, while maintaining uniformity of heating.
