FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for temperature control and sterilisation of baby food bottles. Heater for bottles of baby food with temperature control comprises a power supply, a control unit of microwave generator, at least one infrared sensor, a heating chamber provided with one end cap and closed at other end, with arranged inside drum, provided with an electric motor and adapted to be forced mixing of contents of bottle during heating, and heating and drum chamber further provided with through holes, at least one each, made so that when drum of drum opening rotation capable of periodically combined with through hole in chamber wall heating with infrared sensor located opposite said chamber opening with its outer side, so that rotation of drum during heating infrared radiation from bottle, respectively, can periodically fall on infrared sensor sensing zone, drum rotation axis is horizontal or at an angle to horizontal.
EFFECT: invention increases rate of heating while ensuring absence of local overheating and increase in accuracy of output at target temperature throughout volume of contents of bottle.
