FIELD: personal use articles.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method and device for liquid food product preparation from food ingredients such as powdered coffee by water flow through such ingredients using centrifugal forces. The beverage preparation device is intended for preparation of a liquid extract by way of interaction between liquid and food ingredients so that to form a liquid extract due to the effect of centrifugation of liquid flowing through the ingredients; the device contains a brewing unit for intake of food ingredients, an accumulation unit for collection of centrifuged liquid extract (positioned outside the centrifugation unit), the centrifugation unit rotation drive, means for supply of liquid into the centrifugation unit, a heater for liquid supplied into the centrifugation unit; the device also contains means for additional heating of liquid extract after, liquid supplied into the brewing unit has temperature within the interval of 70 - 95°C, preferably - 90 - 95°C, while the temperature of liquid extract discharged from the device is no more than 8° lower than that of heated liquid supplied into the brewing unit.

EFFECT: creation of a device and method that at least partly compensate for the beverage heat losses during preparation by way of centrifugation which enables the beverage serving to the consumer at a suitable temperature.
