FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: device is proposed for submarine surfacing under ice conditions, comprising an extension-type ledge for forcing ice field and a drive, and the extension-type ledge is arranged in the form of at least one pair of shields placed above the open part of the niche with the capability of their lifting to form a triangular prism fixed with the help of a lock joint intended to force ice field, at the same time the drive to open shields and hold them in a position for contact with the ice field surface is made in the form of at least one elastic reservoir placed in the niche, the elastic reservoir is connected to the compressed air system and is equipped with an air bleed valve, and the volume of the elastic reservoir filled with air complies with the value of the excessive submarine floatability providing for submarine surfacing with the specified vertical speed.
EFFECT: increased safety of submarine surfacing with potential increase of submarine surfacing speed and broken ice thickness.
