FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: device is proposed for controlling the surfacing of a submarine (SM) without stroke, which includes a solid tank and elastic vessels located in the permeable part of the SM body and filled with working fluid. The elastic vessels are connected by pipelines with the solid tank through the collector and the receiving pipeline with a shut-off valve for controlling the extrusion of the working fluid with outboard pressure from the elastic vessels into the solid tank. The device is made with a supply pipeline and a pump for pumping the working fluid from the solid tank into the elastic vessels. The solid tank is equipped with a valve for venting air pressure into a submarine compartment. A method for controlling the SM surfacing by means of this device is proposed as well.
EFFECT: invention helps to reduce noise from operations for changing the submarine buoyancy due to the absence of water exchange through outboard openings, as well as the possibility of using diesel fuel as a working fluid to regulate the submarine buoyancy.
