SUBSTANCE: means of warning about an accident. The means for transmitting an emergency alert and marking the location of an emergency submarine under the ice consists of a housing with a diameter of 190 mm to ensure the release of the means from the standard device of the submarine. The housing contains a hydrostat, an air cylinder, an elastic waterproof container, a battery and a transmitting device. The container has an etching safety valve for bleeding air from it, while on the upper plane of the container there is an antenna device for transmitting a signal through the ice cover.

EFFECT: improved transmission of an emergency alert through ice cover of any thickness is achieved.
