FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a thermal wind-driven power plant. The thermal wind power plant includes a wind turbine, heat storage, heating and hot water system. The wind turbine is equipped with an electric synchronous generator and water-heating electrode boilers energized by it using electrical cable, an anemometer and a tachometer, which support the optimal specific speed of the rotor of the wind turbine at variou wind speeds, by regulating the power of hot-water electrode boilers.
EFFECT: invention provides increase in wind energy utilization in a wide range of wind speeds in the Far North and the Far East.
