FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: pump comprises a piston, a cylinder, a suction valve, a discharge valve, a rod connected to the piston. The piston is provided with at least one vibrator designed to impart longitudinal, transversal or torsional vibrations to the piston relative to an imaginary longitudinal piston centreline. Additionally, invention discloses the pump operation control process.
EFFECT: reduced probability of repair due to the pump jamming during the fluid transfer and increased reliability of its operation.
