FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to forming workpiece in producing composite parts. In compliance with this method, workpiece, support membrane and diaphragm are placed on male die. Sais support membrane and diaphragm are arranged on opposite side of workpiece. Workpiece comprises first part to be placed on male die top and second part extending beyond one side of said male die. Workpiece second part weight portion rests on support membrane to gradually strain said support membrane and workpiece second part by pressing both to male die side in applying pressure difference to diaphragm and stretching diaphragm above male die. Diaphragm features inflexibility that exceeds that of support membrane.
EFFECT: higher quality.
