FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction materials, specifically plaster mixtures, intended for finishing external and internal sides of walls of building structures. Finishing composition, including air-slaked lime, mineral filler, water, plasticising, mineral, waterproofing and polymer additives, contains as mineral additive synthetic calcium hydrosilicates, obtained by precipitation in presence of 10 % CaCl2 solution in an amount of 50 % of weight of liquid sodium glass with silica modulus 2.8 with addition of diatomite with ratio of liquid to solid phase (L:S) equal to 1:2, with subsequent milling of dried additive at a temperature of 100–110 °C for 24 hours to specific surface area of additive 1,900 m2/kg, as plasticising additive-Kratasol-PFM, polymer additive – Neolith P-4400, waterproofing agent – Zincum-5, as mineral filler – quartz sand from Ukhtin deposit with fractions 0.630–0.315 and 0.315–0.14 at following ratio of 80:20 respectively with following ratio of components, wt%:
air-slaked lime 16.318–21.78, quartz sand, fractions: 0.630–0.315, 40.63–44.45, 0.315–0.140, 10.16–11.112, Neolith additive P-4400 0.04–0.06, additive Zincum-5 0.08–0.095, plasticiser Kratasol-PFM 0.17–0.20, synthetic calcium hydrosilicates 4.91–6.47, water 20.67–22.855.
EFFECT: technical result is high compression strength and low coefficient of water absorption during capillary suction.
