FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to concrete mixture composition for the production of shotcrete with high strength, frost resistance, water resistance and adhesion to the surface of the resulting concrete. Composition of concrete mixture for the production of high-strength shotcrete by wet-mix method, containing portland cement, filling aggregate, microsilica, plasticizer and water, contains as plasticizer a hyperplasticizer Sika ViscoCrete 5 New, as a filler – a mixture of quartz sand fractions with particle sizes from 0.16 to 1.25 mm, additionally containing redispersible polymer powder Vinnapas 5011L, diabase flour, quicklime, while concrete mixture contains the components in a ratio, wt.%: Portland cement 29÷33, quartz sand, fr. 0.16÷0.315 mm 37÷20, quartz sand, fr. 0.315÷1.25 mm 10÷20, microsilica densely packed 6÷8, diabasic flour 8–10, quicklime 1÷2, hyperplasticizer 1.3÷2, redispersible polymer powder 0.2÷0.5, water 5.5÷6.5.

EFFECT: obtaining shotcrete of high strength, frost resistance and water resistance.
