FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to building materials and can be applied for decoration of concrete, plastered surfaces. Composition for decoration, includes powdered lime, mineral filler and water, in which mineral filler is obtained by sedimentation from liquid glass with silicate module 2.9 introducing 30% solution of calcium chloride with further milling of dried sediment to size of particles 90-100 nm, and it is additionally contains quartz sand with particle size to 0.315 mm and fineness module 1.7, super-plasticiser C-3 and zinc stearate with the following component ratio, wt %: powdered lime 15.0-20.0; said quartz sand 55-64; said filler 4.8-7.0; super-plasticiser C-3 0.1-0.13; zinc stearate 0.64-0.72; water - the remaining part.
EFFECT: increase of water resistance and reduction of water absorption and hygroscopicity of lime coatings.
