FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to van-bodies of vehicles, specifically to methods for assembling van-type panel bodies for trucks. Methods for assembling van-type panel body where: transversal sandwich panels (2) are mounted on frame, and longitudinal panels (3, 4) (manufactured with oversize in length) are temporarily attached to transversal panels; cutting lines are drawn on the longitudinal panels; the longitudinal panels are removed from transversal panels, cropped in size along drawn lines and fixed to the frame, transversal panels and among themselves while applying adhesive sealant in joints between panels. Panels contain outer and inner liners and located between them (at least along part of their perimetre) structural elements (10) permanently inserted with preset spacing. Longitudinal surfaces of panels are crimped.
EFFECT: invention improves assembling quality.
