FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to a method for oligomerization of ethylene to C10-C30 higher olefins in presence of a catalytic system based on chromium complex with triazol ligand of the general formula indicated below where substituent R is selected from the group: R=H, (4,5-bis(diphenylphosphanyl)-2H-1,2,3-triazol)-P,P)-trichlorochromium(III) - K1, R=(CH2)5CH3, (4,5-bis(diphenylphosphanyl)-1-hexyl-1H-1,2,3-triazol)-P,P)-trichlorochromium(III) - K2, R=(CH2)2S(CH2)7CH3, (4,5-bis(diphenylphosphanyl)-1-(2-octylthio)ethyl)-1H-1,2,3-triazol)-P,P)-trichlorochromiun(III) - K3, R=CH3, (4,5-bis(diphenylphosphanyl)-2-(methyl)-2H-1,2,3-triazol)-P,P)-trichlorochromiun(III) - K4, R=n-Bu, (4,5-bis(diphenylphosphanyl)-2-(butyl)-2H-1,2,3-triazol)-P,P)-trichlorochromiun(III) - K5, R=(CH2)5CH3, (4,5-bis(diphenylphosphanyl)-2-(hexyl)-2H-1,2,3-triazol)-P,P)-trichlorochromiun(III) - K6, R=(CH2)7CH3, (4,5-bis(diphenylphosphanyl)-2-(octyl)-2H-1,2,3-triazol)-P,P)-trichlorochromiun(III) - K7, R=allyl, (4,5-bis(diphenylphosphanyl)-2-(allyl)-2H-1,2,3-triazol)-P,P)-trichlorochromiun(III) - K8, R=(CH2)4CH=CH2, (4,5-bis(diphenylphosphanyl)-2-(hex-5-en-1-yl)-2H-1,2,3-triazol)-P,P)-trichlorochromiun(III) - K9, R=CH2CN, (4,5-bis(diphenylphosphanyl)-2-(cyanomethyl)-2H-1,2,3-triazol)-P,P)-trichlorochromiun(III) - K10, R=CH2C6H4CH=CH2-o, (4,5-bis(diphenylphosphanyl)-2-(vinylbenzyl)-2H-1,2,3-triazol)-P,P)-trichlorochromiun(III) - K11, R=CH2COOEt, (ethyl (2-(4,5-bis(diphenylphosphanyl)-2H-1,2,3-triazol-2-yl)acetate)-P,P)-trichlorochromiun(III) - K12 in toluene with [Cr] concentration in the reaction mixture from 10 to 60 µmol/l, in combination with MAO solution in toluene with mole ratio [Cr]:[MAO] from 1:1000 to 1:300, while maintaining the constant temperature of 50-120°C and ethylene pressure of 1-5 MPa for the period from 30 min to 2 h, then the reaction mixture is treated with methanol, HCl solution and toluene with subsequent separation of the water layer and polymer traces.
EFFECT: invention provides for increased output of the target fraction of C10-C30 higher olefins in oligomerization reaction of ethylene and also lowered quantity of ethylene polymerization products.
