SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processing and transmission of messages. Electronic message processing method, performed on the server, which is connected to the electronic device over a data transmission network, and the electronic device is connected to the user, method comprises: obtaining an electronic message for the user, wherein the electronic message is rejected and includes a content area, in which the user do not understand the indication of an error type, which caused making the rejected message; analyzing the rejected message using at least parsing process for determining the error type; based on the error type determining at least one action at elimination of errors associated with the error type; making a modified electronic message, which includes at least a first interface element for displaying for the user an indication of action at elimination of errors in the form understandable for the user; and transmitting the modified electronic message to the electronic device.

EFFECT: technical result is delivery of electronic messages to the recipient, by providing additional possibility to eliminate errors by a sender if the message was not delivered, but rejected.
