Method comprises steps of: receiving a Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP) request; determining whether terminal accesses a web-page through a router for first time, according to terminal identification information; and if terminal accesses a web page through router for first time, returning to terminal an HTTP response message containing URL address assigned to web page, determining whether list of circulating terminals contains terminal identification information; if list of circulating terminals does not contain terminal identification information, determining that terminal accesses a web page through router for first time; storing terminal identification information in list of circulating terminals.
EFFECT: technical result is faster data transmission in network.
