FIELD: test equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to benches for testing fan impellers both centrifugal and axial. Test bench comprises electric drive with output shaft, on which there is device for attachment of impeller, control and display panel, control unit, which is connected to electric drive, shaft rotation angular velocity sensor and drive motor current force sensor. At that, output shaft of electric drive with device for attachment of impeller is arranged in detachable cylindrical casing installed in guide, equipped with “installed-removed” position sensor, wherein casing is arranged in protective chamber equipped with cabinet door “open-closed” position sensor, and is fixed with its closed door, and position sensors are connected to control unit.
EFFECT: higher safety, automation of test process, improvement of ergonomic characteristics.
