FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: device consists of a base, a pipe element and a deflector. The base is made of two identical hinged flat rectangular elements with convexity in the form of one quarter of a sphere flattened with a plane parallel to the plane of element, which is adjacent to one of the long sides of a rectangle, and with elements of a hinge attachment, which are made as a part of this side. The pipe element has conicity, with an angle at the cone apex of 4 degrees, and the lower part of the pipe element is a skirt made in the form of a semi-sphere, the inner radius of which coincides with or exceeds the outer radius of convexity of the base, and it is attached to convexities of elements of the base. In the upper part of the pipe element there is a flat mounting ring with cut-outs and projections, which enters slot-type cut-outs of mounting projections located on the inner surface of the deflector, which is fixed when the deflector is being put on the pipe element till stop and its further rotation through 30 degrees due to fixation of projections of the mounting ring in the slot-type cut-outs of the deflector projections.

EFFECT: use of the device for roofs with different roof slope.
