FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to construction of well system, in particular to device and method of determining tension on guide cable of hanging scaffolds during well construction. Device for determining tension on guide cable of hanging scaffolds during well construction is disclosed, in which guide cable (1) is released by winch (7), passes round above lifting pulley (8), is connected with hanging scaffolds (10) and then tensioned; lifting pulley (8) is placed in position above winch (7), and device includes sliding unit (3), two tension cables (2), traction cable (4) and strain gauge (5), which is placed on tensioning cables (2) and traction cable (4), respectively, sliding unit (3) is installed around tensed guide cable (1), two tension cables (2) are attached to sliding unit (3) two sides, respectively, and arranged parallel to guide cable (1), traction cable (4) is attached to lower part of sliding unit (3) and placed perpendicular to guide cable (1).
EFFECT: technical result is device and method of tension determination of hanging scaffolds during well construction, which eliminate limited applicability for steel wire cables because of various thickness and high costs, i.e. provide versatility of application, and in preventing inconveniences, caused by strain gage placing directly on guide cable, as well as provide meeting high thickness requirements for cable of steel wire.
