FIELD: animal breeding.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fodder production, namely to stock solution for production of granulated fodder for animals. Said solution contains 10–50 wt% of organic acid, selected from group consisting of formic, acetic, propionic, butyric acids and their mixtures, 15–30 wt of surfactant based on polysorbate 80, surfactant based on ethoxylated castor oil, which is characterized by HLB from 4 to 18 and molar ratio of 1 molecule of castor oil to 40–60 molecules of ethylene oxide, 5–20 wt% of propylene glycol, 0–50 wt% of water. Invention relates to method of producing granulated fodder for animals. Said stock solution is diluted with 5–200 parts of water to obtain composition for heat treatment. Approximately 0.5–2.0 wt% of composition are introduced in fodder for animals. Mixture of fodder and compositions is granulated with sufficient heating or extruded followed by granulation of processed fodder with sufficient heating for production of granulated fodder for animals. Invention relates to granulated fodder for animals.
EFFECT: invention provides low power consumption during granulation or extrusion, improved quality of granules and high solubility in cold climate conditions, efficiency of grinding of granules.
