SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biochemistry. Described a method of producing stem cells fractions originated from lipid tissue involving the stages: (a) collecting or receiving a sample of lipid tissue containing the stem cells; (b) washing the sample of step (a) with a suitable aqueous buffer; (c) incubating the sample of step (b) with an enzyme capable to digest the lipid tissue and extract therefrom the stem cells; (d) inactivation of the enzyme used at step (c), and recovering the aqueous phase from the product of step (c); (e) purifying the aqueous phase obtained in step (d); (f) titrating the aqueous phase obtained in step (e) and, if necessary, diluting it to obtain a final stem cell fraction with the desired concentration and volume wherein the stem cells-containing material is treated in the syringe throughout at least steps: (a), (b) and (c), said syringe performing the functions of collecting means, phase separator and process reactor.
EFFECT: invention provides high-safety process for the preparation of purified stem cells fractions of lipid origin, wherein provides the use of the individual collecting device; reducing number of transfers and manipulations, which exposed material comprising stem cells, reducing to a minimum the risks of contamination, loss of material and inadvertent exchange of samples, and further simplifying the interface and cooperation between personnel recovering the raw material and an expert in stem cells isolation.
