SUBSTANCE: steel contains, wt %: carbon 0.30-0.35, silicon 1.3-1.4, manganese 1.30-1.45, chrome 8.0-8.5, tungsten 5.5-6.0, vanadium 0.7-0.8, molybdenum 2.0-2.5, cobalt 0.01-0.03, titanium 0.01-0.02, nickel 8.5-8.8, copper 0.4-0.5, aluminium 0.1-0.2, nitrogen 0.05-0.08, the rest is iron.
EFFECT: enhanced strength, impact strength, hardness and heat resistance of tool steel.
