FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: filter with granular adsorbent comprises a housing, inlet and outlet nozzle, at least two elements with suspended adsorbent layers arranged in parallel along gas flow, where each element is in the form of perforated support grids filled with adsorbent separated with inclined towards the housing bottom septa sprinklers installed over each layer of the adsorbent and connected together with a single branching tube with a central bore and pipe bends. There is a channel to remove sludge at the bottom of the housing. Vibrators are mounted on the perforated support grids opposite to the weighted adsorbent layers. Pipe bends mounted on each layer of adsorbent are connected to the central bore with angles of the same section as the central bore. The channel to remove sludge is placed so that the natural flow of the sludge from the inclined towards the housing bottom septa is directed along the channel axis. The adsorbent is in the form of a cylindrical ring, on the inner and outer side surface of which a helical thread in opposite directions is made, or is in the form of a ball, on the surface of which non-through holes of hemispherical shape are made, or is in the form of a ring, on the outer surface of which a helical surface is made of a plate screw type or is in the form of at least a three-bladed propeller.
EFFECT: better cleaning of target component and dust.
