SUBSTANCE: invention relates to apparatus for waste air heat recovery and for cooling circulation water, as well as for adiabatic cooling and air humidifying in ventilation and air conditioning systems. In the heat recovery unit with boiling bed comprising a metal body, a separator, a water distributor, injectors, a movable head, a pallet and a support grid, wherein guide apparatus and float valve are additionally arranged in the body, and a vibrator is mounted on the support grid, each of the injectors comprise a body, union and a coaxially arranged swirling insert with an external helical thread and an expanding conical hole inside, wherein in the union there is a cylindrical opening connected to the diffuser, which is axially symmetric in the body, and in the lower part of the body there is a nozzle arranged axially symmetric to the body and having a two-stage diffuser coaxial to the swirling insert, first stage of the diffuser is a continuation of the expanding conical hole made inside the swirling insert, which is made from a wear-resistant material, and the second stage of the diffuser makes is a continuation of its first stage, wherein the helical thread is made on its inner conical surface, wherein the conical surface with a helical thread of the second stage of the diffuser is perforated, and in the lower part of the body, coaxial to it, there is a fixed cylindrical shell on which there is a flow divider made in the form of at least two rods, which are inclined to the axis of the injector, connected to each other in the lower part, to which a vertically disposed rod is mounted, on which a swirler is mounted made in the form of a cone with helical blades, enclosing a rod with a clearance and resting in the lower part on a stopper located horizontally and perpendicularly to the rod.

EFFECT: increased efficiency and reliability of the dust collection process by increasing the liquid spraying rate of injectors.
