FIELD: technique of wet dust collection.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wet dust collecting equipment. Scrubber with a movable packing contains a body with nozzles for dusty and clean gas, an irrigation device, lower support plate and an upper restricting plate between which the head piece layer is located, liquid trap and a sludge removal device, a lower support-distribution and upper restricting plates and a head piece are made of resilient materials, and the vibrators are mounted on the lower support-distribution and upper limiting plates. Head piece is made in the form of a cylindrical ring, on its lateral inner surface the partitions are fixed in the form of holes perpendicular to the axis of the ring washer with holes, its axes are asymmetric to the axis of the ring. Head piece can be made in the form of a block inscribed in a circle, consisting of seven interconnected by lateral faces hexagonal parallelepipeds without upper and lower bases. Head piece can be made in the form of interconnected helical spirals, adjusted in a spherical surface with a center lying on the axis of the connection of the spirals. Head piece can be made in the form of at least twelve interconnected three-bladed propellers, its projection is inscribed onto the plane of the drawing in a circle with a center coinciding with the center of one of them. Irrigation device is made in the form of an injecting nozzle. Nozzle contains a hollow cylindrical body with an orifice plate, connected to the union nut. Fluid flow divider is attached to the nut. Fluid flow dissector consists of coaxially arranged perforated conical shells, space between them is filled with a fine mesh net. Apices of the conical surfaces of the shells are directed away from the orifice plate. In the lower part of the divider a cylindrical perforated segment is fastened that is fixed on perforated conical shells. In the cylindrical perforated segment there is a swirler made in the form of a spring.
