SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication equipment and can be used in systems for very-low-frequency and ultra-low-frequency range communication with deep-submerged and remote objects. To realise the technical result, the transmitting system includes a system for monitoring the working frequencies and the power of generators in each of the N converters, each converter is made on a section of an underwater fibre optic cable, including optical fibres inside a metal tube, with a plastic shell, applied whereon is a single-layer lay of aluminium tubes, and high-impedance resistors are included at the input and output of each converter between the metal tube and the aluminium wires of the single-layer lay.

EFFECT: increase in the efficiency of monitoring and control of the VLF-ULF radio station.
