A transmitting communication complex of a communication system of an extremely low-frequency and extremely low-frequency range with deep-immersed and remote objects, containing a master oscillator, which is a frequency converter with a DC link, generators operating in the range of 0.1-10 Hz, and additionally containing a refrigerating machine and three antennas - frames, each of the frame antennas is connected to one of the three generators, while the conductors in the frame antennas are made of copper tubes through which the refrigerant is passed.

EFFECT: reducing the size of the antenna system and reducing the time for troubleshooting the antenna.
