FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: connecting element for seismic resistant structure blocks consists of an elastic cylindrical body with installation discs fixed at its butts. The cavity of the cylindrical body is filled with a damping material. The housing is formed of two flange, oppositely arranged and coaxial cylindrical threaded bushings with installation discs rigidly secured to their butt part, on which elements are made for threaded coupling the bushings in a single cylindrical body made of an elastic material, e.g. elastic spring steel, the cavity of which is filled with a damping material, e.g. a vibration-damping mastic of "WA-17" type, and an elastic core is coaxially arranged inside the elastic cylindrical body, along the axis of which damping discs are rigidly secured along the entire cavity length. Marginal discs are fixed together with the installation discs of vibration-damping material. Helical coil springs are arranged in the cavities between the discs.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of seismic resistance due to spatial protection from seismic waves by means of the introduction of each block into a single seismic-resistant structure by means of connecting damping elements.
