QUICK-ERECTING SEISMIC BLOCK CONSTRUCTION Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC E04H9/02

Abstract RU 2651564 C1

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a technique for preventing earthquake consequences. Quick-erecting seismic block construction, containing a system of blocks and connecting elements connected in a single construction, consists of elements made in the form of blocks, one of which is made in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped with grooves made on four faces of the parallelepiped, in the plane of its symmetry, grooves are formed with cylindrical holes for the outer diameter of the cylindrical body of the connecting element, and the other blocks are interfaced with the first ones and are made in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped with spikes, executed on four faces of the parallelepiped, spikes being provided with cylindrical holes for the outer diameter of the cylindrical body of the connecting element, surfaces of the grooves and studs are equidistant, congruent and equal in number and are joined in a block, quick-build structure by means of connecting elements, the connecting element is damping, consisting of an elastic cylindrical shell, to the ends of which, by means of a thread, flat rigid stops are connected, and the inner cavity is filled with a set of at least two damping disks mounted on an elastic axle coaxially disposed with the cylindrical shell, and between damping disks there is at least one cylindrical helical spring, the cavity of the cylindrical shell being filled with a vibration damping material, for example polyurethane or construction foam, or a connecting element for the blocks of an earthquake-proof structure consists of an elastic cylindrical body with flat hard stops attached to its ends, wherein the cavity of the cylindrical body is filled with a damping material, and the body is made of two flanged, oppositely disposed and coaxial cylindrical threaded sleeves with rigid abutments, rigidly attached to their end part, on which the elements for threading the sleeves into a single cylindrical body are made, and is made of an elastic material, for example spring steel, the cavity of which is filled with a damping material, for example a vibro-damping mastic of the "VD-17" type, or inside the cylindrical body of the coaxially connecting element and coaxial to it is located a cylindrical tubular damping element consisting of a cylindrical shell with bases, made of a rigid elastic vibro-damping material, for example of the "Agat" type, the inner cavity of which is filled with a damping material, for example sand or vibration damping mastic of the type "VD-17", the inner cavity of the connecting member between the cylindrical body and the outer surface of the cylindrical shell of the cylindrical tubular damping element is filled with a less rigid vibration damping material, for example polyurethane.

EFFECT: increased effectiveness of seismic resistance due to the spatial protection from seismic waves by introducing each unit into a single earthquake-resistant structure by means of connecting damping elements.
