FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: panel contains the housing and the noise absorbing insert, located in its internal hollow. The housing is made in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped, formed by the perforated front and solid rear walls of the panel. Each panel is U-shaped with side edges, wherein there is the slot perforation on the front wall. The latter is formed in the shape of rectangles and positioned in rows with the width b1 and b2 and the distance between them is h1 and h2. The adjacent rows are offset positioned. The number of slots in one row is even, and in the other - is odd. The perforation coefficient is assumed equal to 0.25 or more. The walls of the panels are fixed to each other by vibration damping covers. The covers are U-shaped with cells, filled with vibration-damping resin for panels connection. The noise absorbing insert is made in the form of the solid rigid wall from the rigid vibration damping material and the perforated wall from mesh polymeric material. The double layer composite acoustic absorbing element is located between them. The layer adjacent to the rigid wall is made as acoustic absorbent. The layer, adjacent to the perforated wall is made from acoustic-absorbing material of the complex profile, consisting of uniformly distributed hollow tetrahedrons, allowing to reflect the acoustical surges incident in all directions. Thus the acoustic-absorbing layer is placed in an acoustically transparent material, such as a glass cloth or nonwoven fabric, such as "frost cloth".

EFFECT: invention increases the noise absorption efficiency by expanding the frequency range and simplifies installation, improves the performance properties.
