FIELD: radio engineering, communication.

SUBSTANCE: combined receiver for recording respiratory sounds on the surface of the chest is a housing (10) with the inner solid plate (9), a stethoscopic attachment (11) having a flat outer bottom surface and two sensors. The first sensor is designed as a microphone (1), mounted on the solid plate (9) above the mouth of the stethoscopic attachment (11) and rigidly connected with the solid plate (9) via the flexible gasket (12). The second sensor is configured as an annular bending bimorph piezoelectric transducer (2-4) with a central hole. The inner edge of the second sensor is fastened all-round with the upper part of the stethoscopic attachment (11) providing communication of the internal cavity of the stethoscopic attachment (11) with the microphone (1). The outer edge of the second sensor is attached to the perimeter of the solid plate (9).

EFFECT: increase of signal-to-noise ratio at the receiver output that provides increased receiver interference immunity and increased reliability of diagnostic information.
