FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has air chamber which open end face is surface to be pressed against human chest wall and microphone placed inside the chamber and connected with electric signal amplifier. The acoustic transducer is provided with the second air chamber composed of two coaxial cylinders of unequal height with common plane of open end face cuts. Microphone is of differential type and is installed in the closed end face cut of the smaller cylinder engageable with the first and the second air chambers by each side of its membrane.
