SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to syringe-pens for drug injection. Injection pen includes a housing; dose set knob having at least one internal tooth; locking element with multiple elongated teeth and a drive containing at least one external tooth to engage with said at least one internal tooth of dose set knob, and at least one ratchet pawl mechanism, interacting with multiple elongated teeth. At the same time when setting and adjusting the dose of the external tooth drive is not engaged with internal tooth dose setting knob and pawl interacts with a longitudinally elongated teeth of fixing element so that the drive to prevent rotation of the drive with the dose setting knob and with the screw feed when moving in longitudinal direction together with the dose setting knob, so that when performing injection the external tooth drive coupled with provision co-rotating with internal tooth dose setting regulator, which is engaged with provision of joint rotation with the screw feed when moving in longitudinal direction of hollow rod and sliding pawl at longitudinally elongated teeth of fixing element.
