FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a medical technique, namely a syringe-pen for injection of a medicament. Syringe includes a casing and a push button at the proximal end of the casing. Syringe also includes a dosing controller (DC) comprising at least one inner tooth and a DC ratchet teeth ring located on the dosing controller. Device also includes a drive including at least one outer tooth and a ratchet teeth ring located on the drive. Syringe has a ratchet installed with the possibility of interaction between the dosing controller and the drive. Ratchet has a projection of DC ratchet mechanism for interaction with the teeth of DC ratchet mechanism. Ratchet contains one projection of the ratchet mechanism of the drive to interact with the teeth of the ratchet mechanism of the drive. Drive cannot rotate together with the dosing controller, but moves along with it in the longitudinal direction when setting and adjusting the dose. Ratchet is designed to move in the distal direction and push of the drive in this direction when the push button is pressed. External tooth of the drive engages the internal tooth of the dosing controller, thereby causing the drive to rotate together with the dosing controller when the injection is performed.
EFFECT: technical result is the possibility of reducing a given dose in one device and controlling the last dose.
