SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical technology, namely to syringe pens. Syringe-pen (11) for injecting a medicament comprises casing (1) and dose setting regulator (2) rotatable relative to casing (1). In casing (1) there is fixing assembly (68), which includes toothed ratchet element (43). With toothed ratchet element (43), drive (21) interacts with at least one outer tooth (57). Interaction of ratchet element (43) and said at least one outer tooth (57) prevents substantially rotation of drive (21) relative to setting regulator (2) when setting and adjusting the dose. In addition, interaction of ratchet element (43) and said at least one outer tooth (57) enables drive (21) to rotate together with control knob (2) during injection.

EFFECT: syringe pen for injecting a medicament is proposed.
