SUBSTANCE: sequential illumination of the heel spur projection zones is performed with pulsed low-intensity laser radiation on the foot sole surface, Achilles tendon attachment to the calcaneus and painful zones in this area. During exposure, the following parameters are used: laser wavelength of 635 nm, pulse power of 5 W, power density of 5 W/cm², light pulse duration of 100-150 ns, pulses repetition frequency of 150 Hz, the exposure per one exposure zone of 1.5 min. The course of therapy includes at least 3 daily procedures.

EFFECT: method allows to achieve an effect of anesthesia in a short time, which is due to the restoration of a painless function of support and movement, removal of mental stress from immobilization by improving the blood flow of the lower limbs, elimination of inflammation and pain syndrome.
