FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sulphur cross-linked gumming mixture for pneumatic tires reinforcing. Based on 100 weight parts of rubbers total amount in mixture gumming mixture contains from 70 to 100 weight parts of natural rubber, up to 30 wt%. of, at least, one polybutadiene, from 40 to 70 wt%. of, at least, one carbon soot and adhesive system. At that, carbon soot is nano-structured soot with rough surface.
EFFECT: invention enables to reduce hysteresis, reduce temperature increase and increase resistance to strain propagation at optimum rigidity, which increases durability of tires.
