FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: device has a flexible fixing member made of plates with elastic reservoir connected by means of a tube with a leakage proof self-locking chamber containing working medium. The chamber is made of a rigid internal framework, external thick-walled rubber cap and disk base. The disk base has internal duct connecting the chamber cavity with the tube. The plate has at least one through hole on one end and a corresponding projection on the other end to enable their connection. The disk base has also fixing rings.
