SUBSTANCE: invention relates to data networks organizing field. Method includes stages, at which configuring one or more forwarding servers along service provider network perimeter by means of streaming server over Internet; on streaming server receiving from first mobile device request for communication session establishing in real time with second mobile device; then streaming server provides first and second mobile devices with network information for connection via forwarding server, which is located closer to, at least, one of first and second mobile devices; and establishing communication session in real time via forwarding server.
EFFECT: reduced delay when communication session establishing in real time between mobile users.
