FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining industry, namely, to drill bits roller cutters for large diameter wells drilling. Drill bit roller cutter includes oil-filled housing, axis installed in housing on bearings, cover, central cylindrical hole is made on axis with formation of variable-volume chamber. At ends central cylindrical hole is equipped with plugs, in which sealed gas-filled chamber is installed, made from elastic material mating with hole. Initial pressure in elastic chamber is not lower than atmospheric pressure, and ratio of oil pressure in housing to initial gas pressure in chamber is in range from 2 to 4.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing of roller cutter service life.
